Scheduling and Appointments

Service appointments are scheduled based on availability and may be subject to change due to weather conditions, emergency calls, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to notify you of any schedule changes as soon as possible.

  • Remove vehicles and personal items from garage areas as needed
  • Ensure adequate lighting and electrical power is available
  • Disclose any known hazards or special conditions
  • Be present or have an authorized representative available during service
  • Follow all safety instructions and maintenance recommendations

Safety and Liability

SilverGate Garage Doors is fully licensed and insured. However, certain limitations apply:

  • We are not responsible for damage to vehicles or personal property not directly caused by our work
  • Customers are responsible for securing valuables and pets during service
  • We reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe conditions

Limitation of Liability

Property Access and Security

Our technicians may require access to electrical panels, attic spaces, or other areas of your property to complete repairs safely. We respect your privacy and property, and our technicians are bonded and background-checked.

Parts and Materials

We use only high-quality parts and materials from reputable manufacturers. However:

  • Parts availability may affect service timing
  • Custom or special-order parts may require additional time and payment in advance
  • We reserve the right to substitute equivalent parts when originals are unavailable
  • Old parts remain property of SilverGate Garage Doors unless specifically requested

Dispute Resolution

We are committed to resolving any concerns promptly and fairly. If you are not satisfied with our service:

  • We will work with you to find a mutually acceptable solution
  • Formal disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County
  • California law governs these terms and any disputes
